Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes (8 sets):
3 Snatch High Pulls + 1 Snatch

Full squat snatch

B. 20 minute EMOM of Russian Kettlebell Swings, Plate Pushes, and Burpee Box Jump-Overs

Every 2 minute for 20 minutes (5 rounds):
Minutes 1 – 2
– 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings @ 32/24 kg
– Plate Push 40 feet @ 20/15 kg
– Max Burpee Box Jump-Overs 24/20 inches
Minutes 3 – 4
– Rest for 2 minutes

Plate push should be a fast down and back on the turf. For bigger classes have some others start on the plate push. If you are struggling then one lap is ok. Plates must be 20 or 15kg. View on WodUp
