A. 2 Snatch Pulls + 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch 10 x 1

Every 90 seconds, for 15 minutes (10 sets):
2 Snatch Pulls + 1 Power Snatch + 1 Squat Snatch

Straight arms on the snatch pull. Focus on shrugging the shoulders.

B. 4 Rounds For Time of Snatches and Assault Bike

4 Rounds for Time:
– 5 Snatches
– 18/14 Calories of Assault Bike
Rest 1 minute between each round


Snatches can be power or squat. You must use 75% of what you get in part A and the snatches must be touch and go. View on WodUp
